Key Program Suite Structural Changes for this Period:

  • The ADR has been enhanced to reduce dependencies to the PMT:
    • The furthest right column now contains an approximate Month/Year of the action or decision. This replaces the old attempt of having pointers to the PMT and an approximate resource estimate.
    • The last range marker is now “6 Months to 12 Months+”. This is to increase visibility of longer-term deliverables that will require actions/decisions by the Council and allows to form a queue for repeated items that are operational in nature or items that may be deferred for extended periods, but some future action/decision is still required.
  • The PMT tool is down for maintenance in preparing it for alignment with the new FY26-FY30 Strategic Plan period. Staff should have a more refined version available for the September meeting.
