Item 9: Other Business (10 Minutes)

9.1 Status of Vice Chair elections in the Non Contracted Party House. (Olga Cavalli)

Vice Chair elections are in a second round since no one got the required supermajority in the first round.

Mary got 6 votes and Wolf -Ullrich got 5.

Mary is therefore in a runoff for the next 2 weeks against 'none of the above'.

It was done in a two week election period because two voters were missed in the first round and want to make sure we do not miss anyone in our second round.

If Mary get the votes, then she will take over the role.

9.2 San Francisco planning (Olga Cavalli)

Glen and I are working on the SF meeting planning, so any comments about rooms needed for meetings of working groups, houses and other needs please let us know as soon as possible.
