Dear Councilors,

Thanks to Tatiana for catching the typo. The Addendum states ” Up to 2 Members from each interested SO other than the GNSO, and AC.”  Therefore in the attached version, the members and alternates for the SSAC and RSSAC have been adjusted to 2 members and 2 alternates for each group, as the Addendum intended. Apologies for the typo and any confusion.

Dear councillors,

I want to flag the possible typo/mistake in the charter: Membership structure, page 9. The 3 reps and 3 alternates from SSAC and RSSAC were not initially in the Addendum, and this is definitely not the membership structure we discussed when discussing the Addendum a long time ago. I guess this is just a mistake so we can easily fix it by removing those two lines about RSSAC and SSAC, and get a corrected version of the Charter? The charter has to follow the previous addendum.
