As per Item 7 “COUNCIL DISCUSSION - Work to Prepare Draft Timeline for Closed Generics Policy Process” on our upcoming May Council Meeting agenda, we will discuss our path forward on Closed Generics pending the delivery of a draft framework by the Closed Generics Dialogue group.
