- One change to the working draft you have seen, which I have added to reflect the current position in the IRT and is being shared with small team members at the same time as circulation to the wider mailing list. With respect to the issue of urgent requests for registration data, this has been updated with a short paragraph noting that the IRT has decided to remove urgent request wording in order to publish the policy, and has asked Council to consider the urgent requests issue further (Sebastien Ducos’ email to Council of 26 October). Views are requested on whether it is necessary for Council to provide a response on this, given that the IRT is not a GNSO-managed process.
As previously mentioned, the Board will meet the GAC on 5 December, and so we should aim to send our responses to the Board in advance. If Councillors could provide any comments by 28 November that would be appreciated.
