Following Sunday’s discussion on the PDP Improvements, please find hereby the slides that the staff support team developed that summarize the results of the survey as well as a staff support team suggestion for how to move forward with each of these improvements. The topic is also on the agenda for Wednesday’s Council meeting, but there is likely not sufficient time to go through the remaining improvements so it would be helpful if you could provide feedback on how to proceed – e.g. is it possible to conduct the review of the remaining improvements via the mailing list, should a dedicated meeting be scheduled to continue the review, is there another approach that should be considered?
