I am forwarding herewith the Final Report of the Expedited Policy Development Process on Specific Curative Rights Protections for International Governmental Organizations (IGOs) and a Motion for approval of the five (5) final EPDP recommendations as documented in the EPDP team's Final Report.  Please note that it is my understand that the Council will not vote on this motion this month, but this topic will be on the agenda to explain the report’s final recommendations.
