Please find attached the Motion for the Nomination of an Interim Member on the ICANN Fellowship Selection Committee. It is submitted for the Council meeting of July 21^st.

With Heather Forrest leaving her role on the Fellowship Selection Committee before the end of her term, Sebastien has offered to step in for the rest of the term, which ends next April.
