Fellow Council members,

we have wittered on for years about the fact the PDP procedures are unsuited to the work of Council.

I propose we do something about it.

Nothing coming out of the LSE review of the GNSO (sic) will change the fact we need to change them.

Bruce please see a proposed Council resolution for consideration at a forthcoming meeting.
