As a reminder, you can find ICANN66 Zoom room links on this page: https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/ICANN66+GNSO+Remote+Participation+Details+Open+and+Public+Meetings

If you would like to join two Zoom rooms at the same time (for the Council meeting on Wednesday, this is a requirement), please follow the below instructions:

TO OPEN A SECOND ZOOM ROOM

When trying to join a second Zoom room, you may get a message “You are already in another meeting. Do you want to leave and then join this one?” 

Select No.

Then go back to your browser tab which shows “Launching...” and click the bottom link “join from your browser”.

The room should open up automatically unless a passcode is required.
