hi all,

As a follow-up of the action item from the last GNSO council meeting, I am submitting on behalf of the council leadership team a new document regarding the proposal for remaining priority 2 items. This proposal takes into account the different viewpoints expressed concerning timing and the general support for the approach proposed by the small team. The document outlines the immediate steps that can be taken.
