Dear Council,

Attached, please find a supplemental document to support agenda item 7 for the upcoming Council meeting. As discussed during the recent Strategic Planning Session (SPS), staff has updated the document based on decisions already made by the Council and the passage of time and events. Besides making the document as current as possible, key changes include:

• Updating the timeline which also includes making it clearer what is a Council commitment (i.e., is already taking up community and staff resources), a dependency, or a key input for consideration.
• As the Council has prioritized some projects already (e.g., DNS Abuse, SSAD pending recs), I have separated out the line items that have already been prioritized (bottom table) versus the line items that remain available to be prioritized (top table).

As was agreed by the Council during the SPS, the Action Decision Radar (ADR) remains an important planning tool, but its continued usage does not preclude the Council from also engaging in prioritization activities.
