Dear councilors,

 

The Informal GNSO Council dinner will take place at Hacienda El Mortero in Cancún, a 5 min (500 metres) walk from the Convention Centre. But you may also prefer to take a quick cab as traffic may not be very stroll-friendly. It begins at 19:00 local time so please be on time!

 

Price per person is $59 service included. As Osvaldo has very kindly sponsored the event, and has advanced the deposit which is 50% of the total bill, we will need 12 councilors to bring cash and pay Osvaldo directly, rather than the venue.

 

We also need to choose our main courses, please select from one of the below:

 

• Prawns in Pastor style with a marinade made from chilli peppers, vinegar, herbs, and spices
• Chicken “Sinaloa” style marinated in dark beer and fine herbs “norteño” style
• Steak medallions in huitlacoche (Mexican mushrooms) sauce
• Vegetarian fajitas

 

Please reply swiftly to gnso-secs@icann.org  with 1) your chosen main course 2) if you can pay cash to reimburse Osvaldo!
