Key Program Suite Structural Changes for this Period:

• ADR – Removed the “Unplanned” section at the top of the ADR and replaced it with an explosion emoji to denote unplanned decisions/actions that bypassed the radar. These unplanned items often require decisions that will consume moderate to significant resources for both the community and staff.
