Dear Councilors,

Please see the attached motions (and associated documents) for the following items on the consent agenda for the 13 November GNSO Council meeting:

1. Motion to Defer the Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs) Policy Development Process (PDP) Phase 2 for an Additional Six Months
2. Motion to Adopt the Revised Charter for Permanent Standing Committee on Continuous Improvements (SCCI)
3. Motion to initiate a PDP for Latin Script Diacritics

Please note that for RPMs Phase 2 there is a separate discussion item on the 13 November agenda for the Policy Status Report (PSR) and other issues (if any). Note also for the SCCI (formerly CCOICI) that there was a presentation and opportunity for discussion during the 17 October meeting.
