Dear Councilors,

During Part 2 of the GNSO Council Meeting at ICANN72, there was some discussion regarding the role of the GNSO Council Liaison to the Operational Design Phase (“ODP”). In particular, Jeff inquired about his role as the newly-appointed liaison to the SubPro ODP and asked for guidance on the Council’s expectations with respect to this role. 

Together with GNSO Policy Support Staff, Council Leadership has prepared detailed guidance on the expectations of the Council Liaison to the ODP role. Please find the guidance attached.
