Dear Heather:

On behalf of the Expedited PDP team, please find attached the triage document that is required by the GNSO Charter for Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data (https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/file/field-file-attach/temp-spec-gtld-rd-epdp-19jul18-en.pdf). It is being delivered somewhat later than planned. However, EPDP meeting deliberations on the triage document completed some weeks ago and the team has been editing the report offline since that time in a way that does not interfere with subsequent substantive tasks. The document describes the methodology and pretty much stands on its own, so I won’t provide additional explanation in this email. t
We are providing two reports, the requisite triage document and also a document reporting each group’s written comments that were prepared in advance of our discussion of each Temporary Specification section. 

Please share this with the rest of the GNSO Council and forward any question to me.
