You have identified a mistake in the charter that I did not catch.  On page 2 we actually state two different dates for completion of the report, March 2012 in the sentence Wolf notes, and October 2012 in the Overall Milestones.  This is due to a bit of back and forth on what dates were achievable, but the correct date should be October 2012.  Attached is a draft charter that corrects that mistake, but I would agree with Wolf-Ulrich that the phrase “…delivering a draft report describing survey results and recommendations for next steps to the GNSO Council” in the last sentence of the motion could be augmented to say ““…delivering a draft report describing survey results and recommendations for next steps to the GNSO Council BY OCTOBER 2012” and this would clarify the correct delivery estimate.

Could we - as a friendly amendment - add to the Motion No. 1 the following sentence at the end of the last para.: "Furthermore it is planned to publish the Final Report by October 2012."?

The WG charter on its page 2 seems to be ambiguous in this respect since it sets a deadline of March 2012 (or maybe this sentence should be deleted).
