In preparation for the GNSO Council meeting scheduled for Thursday 20 February 2020 at 21:00 UTC, please read below:

• There are few open AIs for the GNSO Council to consider with immediate deadlines, but the AIs arising from the Strategic Planning Session in LA have been added at the bottom of the page.
• There will be a full agenda item (30 minutes) dedicated to the Project List, the updated version can be find here. Please ensure to go over it to prepare for the discussion.
• There is no Consent Agenda item, but one Council vote on the PDP3.0 Implementation Final Report motion. Please note John McElwaine has proposed a friendly amendment.  
• GNSO Council liaisons to the RPM and SubPro PDP WGs will be called upon for agenda items 5 and 6 regarding the respective Project Change Requests (PCR) submitted by these groups.
