So, when are we going to have our retreat with Staff and the Board? IMHO, it is urgent for us to start thinking, reacting and behaving as a team.

Lets discuss on the next Council call. It is important to work out the topics for discussion with the Board. For now, the topics are: - new gtlds (identify the critical policy question/s for work in the GNSO) - review of the GNSO (develop terms of reference) I think we need to do some preparation work before meeting with the Board. I also recommend that in Vancouver, we meet jointly with the Board, ccNSO Council, and ASO Council to review critical policy activities of ICANN. Regards, Bruce Tonkin
