Dear Councilors, Further to Tomslin's reposting, just to make sure we are all on the same page with what we are trying to achieve here: as agreed at the last council call, the small team will work on the baseline text, with the inputs provided on the list, notably by the IPC. The goal is that the amendments that the team will agree would then be acceptable as friendly. If no agreement can be found within the small team, we will just call it a day. Thanks.
