Yes, remote participation will be made available for team members who are unable to travel. What if I already booked my travel to ICANN86? If you plan to participate in the SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team, you may make changes to your flight and hotel up until Friday, 24 April. Please note this is the final deadline to make changes to your travel arrangements. If you do not make changes by the deadline, any additional change fees will not be covered by ICANN org. What about the additional Community members who participate - can they attend this meeting in person? Yes. Please note that all members of the SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team will be provided with one additional hotel day and one additional day of per diem only. Additionally, if a Community member has already booked travel, ICANN org will cover the change fee if travel is changed by the deadline of Friday, 24 April.
