Avri, Does *mandate* have a particular meaning? I don't think we voted on this position. For the record, I do not agree with funding both current and new Councilors to Seoul. I agree with Tim here. That is I definitely do NOT agree with funding for both current and new Councillors to Seoul (at my potential inconvenience as my term is up prior to the meeting.
