Hi Terry, Re #4 below, I will be on a plane and fear I may have connectivity issues. My understanding is that as a Non-Voting Nom Com appointee, I simply let you know this and there is no form that applies to these notice since there is no proxy needed. Regarding the Motion to adopt the SPIRT Charter, the issue I raised previously at the Council level has been resolved in the final draft Charter. Assuming the Motion is seconded, staff (Saewon and Steve) will handle any questions that arise if I am unable to connect.
