Dear colleagues of the Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees:

One of the components of New gTLD program readiness is the establishment of an Applicant Service Center (ASC) to assist applicants through the New gTLD application process. As part of this effort, on 10 June 2011, ICANN issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a Contact Center Service Provider capable of supporting the ASC’s operations. The Contact Center Service Provider will provide the operational infrastructure and potentially Tier 1 customer service agents necessary for a timely and professional response to inquiries. The RFP is posted on the ICANN website and can be accessed via the following link:

To ensure that our selection for a Service Provider is made from a large, qualified pool of candidates, we are actively spreading the word about this RFP.
