To facilitate your work, I’ve included the GNSO response to the Copenhagen Communique on this topic as a reference. Also attached you will find a draft motion. Note that the deadline for submission of motions and documents for the upcoming meeting is 3 July. I know the Council discussed a possible longer timeframe for developing a response but as the GAC Advice only concerns one item, it may be feasible to meet the deadline for the upcoming meeting? If there is anything else that staff can do to assist, please let me know.
