These 21-day periods for (1) FY22 Operating Plan and Budget and (2) FY22-26 Five Year Operating and Financial Plan both commenced on 21 May 2021 and will end at 23:59 PDT on 11 June 2021, or 06:59 UTC on 12 June 2021.
