Dear Councilors, Please find the attached updated finalized responses to the PPSAI Threshold Questions as Small Team consensus was reached during the 29 October GNSO Council meeting. As Paul highlighted during the Council meeting this is the language that was agreed to by a representative and diverse group of Small Team members and objections reached agreement during the meeting with those who had issue with the language of TQ B.
