According to Annex 6, the winning candidate must achieve more than 50% of the vote in one SG and at least 50% in the other (Minimum Vote). Based on that we have met the Minimum Vote requirement.

Hello GNSO Secretariat-
Per the GNSO Operating Procedures, Annex 6 <https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/policy/2024/draft/gnso-op-procedu...>, the CPH held a third round of voting with a single candidate election held from 19-26 February 2025. According to Annex 6, the winning candidate must achieve more than 50% of the vote in one SG and at least 50% in the other (Minimum Vote). Based on that we have met the Minimum Vote requirement.
The winning candidate for Board Seat 13 is:
