The motion that I made and Terry seconded, as friendly amended by the RyC, is hereby resubmitted for consideration at the next Council meeting. Ordinarily I would not resubmit a motion that had a vote and failed, but in this instance the votes are there to pass the motion, provided the RyC reps and Terry can all attend the meeting, or in any event now that we have put in place the new absentee voting methods.
