Re: [council] GNSO Project List - 20 July 2020
Hi All, Until we find a home for the PMT, here is the MPP file (MSFT Project) in the meantime. Note, you will require the application to open this file, or some open-source application are capable of opening these files, but I can't commit to how well the features are translated. As noted on the call, this will be updated at least monthly. This version has not changed much since it was presented at the Extraordinary meeting last week. As staff continues work on the EPDP-P1 Rec#27 Wave 1 report, I do expect considerable adjustments to this plan in preparation for the August Council meeting. Thank you. Per the agenda, the Council will not review the project list in detail. However, after your review in advance of the meeting and should you find an area that you have questions or parts that need clarification, you will have the opportunity to do so under agenda item #2. https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/Final+Proposed+Agend a+23+July+2020 Key Structural Changes: * Please refer to the latest Action/Decision Radar (ADR) (also attached). Note, we're in the process of streamlining the ADR, Projects List, and Council Action Items to Google Docs for a more seamless experience. * The "0 - Planning" section of the Projects List Summary Page has been reduced to a single line item. The link will take you to the Council Actions Items page until we complete the task above. Note, the quantity of the "0 - Planning" section, as depicted on the graph, is based on an initial count of current Council Action Items and items on the ADR. This may not be accurate as this is an iterative process until we balance the new Program Mgmt Tool (PMT) and ADR tools with the Council Action Items and Projects List to minimize overlap. Key Project Changes since May 2020: * CCWG-Auctions - The Council will vote on the motion to adopt the proposed recommendations. * EPDP-Phase 2 - The Health of this project has been reduced to "In-Trouble". The project SitRep should be reviewed in detail on the Projects List and it is a dedicated agenda item. Thank you. B Berry Cobb @berrycobb GNSO Policy Consultant
