hi, We need to bring together a few volunteers to work with Liz and me to put together the form that will need to be filled out by those who want to propose a study related to Whois. It would be most useful to have some volunteers who have designed studies and who know what sort of information needs to be obtained in order to design a study and get an rough cost estimate.
