The rationale for a consent agenda item is that in light of the RT findings, the presentation of the initial report and the public comments received, this should be non-controversial. Given that the ccNSO is also expected to vote on this in Kobe, it’d be good to wrap this up before the IANA naming function review. You will note that there’s a placeholder for the link of the final report, to be provided in due time.
