Dear Councilors, I am happy to report that the SubPro Pending Recommendations Small Team has completed its second task (i.e., providing additional information and draft speaking points) in relation to the 38 recommendations that the Board placed into a pending status. The attached document (and available here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aV4iVy3BqyPub9ImJdCKVxcJTpKOCqxe/edit> as a Google doc) will also be shared with the Board in advance of the Council’s call with the Board on 22 May and will include an important caveat about it not being formally adopted by the Council; as such it will be described as a provisional document to support the 22 May dialogue but may be subject to change upon subsequent Council discussion. Congratulations to the small team and I of course welcome others to chime in, especially the group’s fearless leader Paul (who took the call at 4:00 am from Singapore to ensure things wrapped up on time)!
