Dear Council colleagues, It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of a member of the GNSO Council, Ben Fuller. Ben has served very ably as the ccNSO liaison to the GNSO Council. We were alerted late last night to this terrible news. Ben was at home this week recovering solidly from heart surgery in February and had planned to be back in the saddle with us for ICANN62. Leadership is arranging flowers on behalf of the Council to Ben's family to express our condolences. We will also find out the best channel for conveying personal messages and let you know once that is identified. Best wishes, Heather, Donna, Rafik

Very sad indeed Heather. I heard about it last night. Eberhard Lisse is closely connected to his family and he's arriving today, I believe, in San Juan. He might be able to establish a connection to his family. Erika Sent from my iPhone

I believe he's arriving later today, though I've also heard that some colleagues in the ccNSO are working on a few things. -- Mr Michele Neylon Blacknight Solutions Hosting, Colocation & Domains https://www.blacknight.com/ https://blacknight.blog/ https://ceo.hosting/ Intl. +353 (0) 59 9183072 Direct Dial: +353 (0)59 9183090 ------------------------------- Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd, Unit 12A,Barrowside Business Park,Sleaty Road,Graiguecullen,Carlow,R93 X265, Ireland Company No.: 370845 On 10/03/2018, 13:09, "council on behalf of Erika Mann" <council-bounces@gnso.icann.org on behalf of erika@erikamann.com> wrote: Very sad indeed Heather. Colleagues, I understand that Nigel Roberts is circulating a condolences book. I'll see if we can channel this book to the GNSO room during one of our meetings this week to provide a ready opportunity for contributions.
