Dear GNSO Council Members; Pursuant to Article X, Section 5 of the ICANN Bylaws, this is to advise you that at the direction of the Board's Structural Improvements Committee a Public Comment Forum is being set up to receive community comments on the revised/updated proposal for a new GNSO Consumers Constituency. The revisions were submitted to the Board prior to the Seoul meeting. The Comment forum is likely to be posted later today and will be open for comments through 13 February.
