As discussed, the idea would be to provide travel funding for one active WT representative from each constituency / stakeholdergroup or AC/SO. Remote participation will be arranged for those that will not be able to attend in person. To move this forward and complete this plan, I would like to request the following information: 1. In order to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective meeting venue and have an indication of the number of participants that will require funding, could you please send me the name of the proposed funded representative from your constituency / stakeholdergroup / AC/SO and the location from where this person will be travelling 2.
