I think we should accept this proposal and move on. Although incoming Councillors, and indeed everyone, can read the public transcripts, it is more convenient to have the posts coming directly to your mailbox to be managed in a manner of your choosing. Seems like a no-brainer particularly when there is a precedent for doing so. Just wanted to make sure Adrian. Because there is no established policy or even practice to my knowledge, I had originally asked whether there were any objections and my intent was to not pursue this if there was any objection.
