On behalf of the GAC and with reference to the GAC communiqué of the New Delhi meeting, I am sending the GAC recommendations regarding the terms of reference for WHOIS studies. These recommendations is copied also to the GNSO Chair as a contribution to the GNSO Council’s efforts to solicit input from the public regarding WHOIS studies.
