Proposed Amended Motion To Approve OSC Tool Kit of Services Recommendations
Chuck, I'd to like propose a friendly amendment to your motion. I've incorporated it into the full motion below. The amendment involves adding the last Whereas and replacing the RESOLVED paragraph with the one included below. It incorporates the steps Liz noted, making it clear that the requirements/specifications of requesting support are yet to be determined. Thanks Tim. I definitely consider the intent of your changes friendly. Once I found out that the recommendations do not require Board approval, I was planning on editing the resolution anyway to task Staff with working on implementation. What you have done essentially accomplishes that. I would probably make one minor modification because I think the prioritization should probably not be none by Staff along but rather in cooperation with the Council. I will redraft the motion to incorporate your suggestions and mine and send it back to you for comment. Chuck
