Note that with respect to resolved clause 3 the new GNSO voting thresholds, which are different from the current threshold of a simple majority of each House, will need to be adopted by the ICANN Board.  Once these are adopted the GNSO Operating Procedures will be revised to include them and reposted.   Here is the relevant resolved clause: “The GNSO Council recommends that the ICANN Board of Directors adopt the proposed changes to section 11.3.i of the ICANN Bylaws to reflect new GNSO voting thresholds which are different from the current threshold of a simple majority vote of each House (see https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/proposed-revisions-bylaws-articl...).
