Based on the 11 July Council meeting Item 5 briefing and slides<https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/policy/2025/presentation/iana-nam...> from (Ashley Heineman and Peter Koch, IFR2 Co-Chairs), Councilors are to share IFR2 draft report<https://itp.cdn.icann.org/en/files/internet-assigned-numbers-authority-iana-...> with their respective groups as it will be voted on during the August Council meeting. Please raise any concerns from groups expeditiously. 2. There will be a vote to request for an Issue Report on DNS Abuse based on the forthcoming recommendations from the DNS Abuse Small Team 3.
