GAC considers that the respect for such provisions and procedures needs to be a contractual obligation on the part of the registry." So government or 'relevant public authority' get a complete veto over any domain name and there isn't even a the possibility of a dispute resolution process. So governments or 'relevant public authority''s could abuse this. this is not transparent.
