Maybe that’s something we could talk about in Barcelona, if ISPCP members have concerns. Osvaldo has followed this I think, maybe others, it’s a long story. There are two potential issues/questions. - Whether process has been followed given the minority reports, and - whether GAC advice has been duly considered (it’s clear it wasn’t followed) I would personally say yes to both but haven’t read the minority reports in detail. More details in the attachment.
