The project health remains on a “Revised Schedule” and “On-Target”. The percent complete reports at 92% with an 81% elapsed time from when the project started. This is up 11% from last period due to the close of the public comment period, close out of tasks related to Priority 2 items and completion of staff related tasks. *Do not let the 8% remaining fool you*. We have a fair amount of comments to review, review comments from the Addendum report, form final agreements on proposed recommendations, perform a consensus call, and review the text of the Final Report.
