Dear GNSO Council Members; For your information, attached please find a copy of the Notice of Intent to Form a New GNSO Constituency (NOIF) submitted by Cheryl B. Preston of the CP80.org Foundation proposing to form the new Cybersafety Constituency. Board members have also been sent a copy of the document as an FYI. KG proposing to form the new City Top-Level-Domain Constituency. The document has also been posted on the GNSO Improvements web page at http://gnso.icann.org/en/improvements/newco-process-en.htm. As Avri Doria informed you yesterday,, she has set aside time during your public meeting agenda in Mexico City for brief presentations by all organizations that have submitted NOIFs by that time. Dear GNSO Council Members; For your information, attached please find a copy of the Formal Petition and Charter of the proposed new CyberSafety Constituency submitted by Cheryl Preston. This significant step represents the first formal new constituency petition submitted to the Board in the context of the new GNSO Improvements effort. The Staff will soon open a 30-day Public Comment Forum regarding the Petition. Any comments submitted in the Forum will be summarized for Board and community review. I will also be sending copies of the submission package to the GNSO Constituencies email list as an FYI.
