Please find attached a GNSO Council’s working draft from the SCBO on ICANN’s draft Five Year Strategic and Operating Plan, including comments on the draft FY21 budget. The public proceeding will close 25 Feb. 2020. The SCBO welcomes suggested edits or ideas to consider either through red-lines of the attached draft or you they can be sent over the mailing list.
