Hello Avri, I agree with much of what you say. The difficulty is that this has been so contentious in both the task force and the Council, that having an agreed set of next steps is useful, even if those steps seem obvious. It helps both me and the staff in managing external communications, as many have asked what the current discussion means and what we are going to do about the input received. Regards, Bruce Tonkin
