Please note that the document remains in draft form and may be further revised by the GNSO Council as it continues its review, prior to its voting on a final version. You may also recall that the GNSO Council is hoping that it can be in a position to vote on the final Addendum at its public meeting in Montreal in early November. As such, the Council will greatly appreciate receiving any feedback that the GAC or IGO representatives may wish to provide at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your kind attention.
