Councillors - to explain, the Tuesday evening session is used for informal discussion of motions on the agenda at the next day's meeting. The document deadline passed yesterday, and Council leadership met today and confirmed that we have no motions on the agenda for March. As such, and in the spirit of budget rationalisation (as the session is usually catered and staffed) leadership asked Nathalie to cancel the informal discussion time. This has the additional benefit of freeing schedules for the numerous events on that evening.
